Hey There! I'm Blake Leahy

I am a recent graduate of the University of Otago, graduating with a BSc majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Information Science in December 2024. Currently working as a Junior Power Platform Developer at BDO, I'm passionate about building innovative tech solutions that solve real-world business challenges and continuously expanding my development expertise across multiple platforms.

With a solid foundation in both theoretical computer science and practical IT experience, I now focus on enterprise application development, business automation, and modern cloud technologies. My role involves designing custom Power Platform applications, developing intelligent automation workflows, and working with Microsoft Fabric for data engineering and PowerBI reporting. Beyond my professional work, I'm actively learning mobile app development, modern web frameworks, and game development, often creating practical solutions for friends and family.

My background in IT operations has provided valuable insights into enterprise-level systems, while my diverse software development projects demonstrate my ability to architect, implement, and rapidly learn new full-stack solutions. I love the challenge of translating complex requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications that have a real world impact.
